Settlement of wage hour claims in Florida

Historically, when the parties settle an employment-related matter, the employer has obtained a “Full and Complete Release of All Claims,” sometimes referred to as a global release.

Mr. Harper will use his knowledge of employment law and the strengths of your case to move the parties toward resolution. Mr. Harper is not a “number taker.” Instead, he will use “the facts” to move the parties toward resolution. Tom is a conscientious mediator and will commit that he will stay with your case until it is resolved!

Over the years, Mr. Harper has observed and worked with many different mediators. Unlike other types of cases, employment cases often involve emotions. Although we offer half-day mediations, from our experience most employment cases need more than a few hours to resolve.
